Do you know that some archaeologists believe that Ecuador may have been the original home of the cocoa bean some 5,000 years ago? We wanted to try our hands at making a fabulously rich Ecuador chocolate couverture gelato ice cream.
This plant-based, vegan and kind gelato ice cream flavor is crafted using single-origin Ecuador couverture chocolate infused with arabica coffee beans. We hope you can appreciate and savor this complex chocolate flavor with strong dark cocoa tone and tropical fruit notes.

Ecuador chocolate, arabica beans, cocoa powder, water, organic cocoa nibs, sugar, dextrose, maltodextrine, glucose, plant-based emulsifiers & stabilisers.
