We make our Banana Cookie Crunch gelato ice cream using only real bananas. We purchase only sweet, small bananas from our favorite stall in Geylang Serai, bring it back to our kitchen in small batches to caramelize lightly in the oven before blending it with fresh milk and cream. The gelato ice cream is then folded with lots of cookies for the added crunch.

Ingredients

Fresh milk, cream, skimmed milk powder, banana, cookies (wheat flour, vegetable oil, raising agents, salt, dry skimmed milk), sugar, dextrose, maltodextrin, glucose, plant-based emulsifiers & stabilizers.

All our products are prepared in a production kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens may be present.

Gelato and popsicles are packed with quality recyclable packaging. No dry ice will be provided. Our products are halal-certified and are crafted in a halal-certified production kitchen.
