Hojicha (roasted green tea) gelato ice cream is extremely nutty and aromatic, and is quickly overtaking it’s famous cousin Uji matcha as Singapore’s favorite tea flavor.

We wanted to challenge ourselves and thought “why not infuse this with another tea flavor to see how much we can push this black tea boundary”. The result - an exciting ballet of premium kyoto hojicha lightly scented with oolong tea leaves.

Fresh milk, cream, skimmed milk powder, hojicha, oolong, sugar, dextrose, maltodextrin, glucose, sea salt, plant-based emulsifiers & stabilizers.
