We carefully roast black sesame seeds to avoid charring, blend them into our very own black sesame paste, and infuse the black sesame paste in fresh milk and cream. This Black Sesame gelato ice cream is our pride. Although the process takes considerable effort, we are always pleased with our authentic and robust Black Sesame gelato ice cream flavor.
